2. What data we process

This website stores no personal data on the server: there are no user accounts, no payments and no first-party tracking cookies.

The details you fill in on the contact form (name, phone, e-mail, city, project details) are delivered to us by e-mail at office@vistaverde.ro through the sending provider Resend Inc., acting as a data processor; we do not store them in a database of our own. They are used solely to answer your request and prepare an offer. If automatic sending fails, the form opens your own e-mail application with the message pre-filled.

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may automatically log traffic data such as IP addresses for technical and security purposes, under its own privacy policies.

3. How long we keep data

Commercial correspondence is kept for as long as necessary for the business relationship and according to legal archiving obligations.

4. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights, write to office@vistaverde.ro.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be accessible to our technical providers — website hosting (Vercel Inc.), contact form e-mail delivery (Resend Inc.), e-mail hosting (Hostinger) — strictly to the extent needed to operate the services.
