1. Who we are

The vistaverde.ro website is operated by SC VISTAVERDE SRL, Str. George Barițiu nr. 5, Câmpina, jud. Prahova, Romania, CUI RO38593789 ("VistaVerde", "we"). You can reach us at office@vistaverde.ro or +40 735 858 822.

2. Purpose of the website

This website presents VistaVerde's products and services: photovoltaic systems, energy storage, solar street lighting and EV charging stations. It is not an online shop — no orders are placed and no payments are processed through the site.

Displayed prices are indicative, expressed in euros, excluding VAT (unless stated otherwise), and may be updated without prior notice. The binding commercial offer is exclusively the one sent in writing following a project analysis.

3. Quotes and contracting

Requesting a project analysis via the contact form or by e-mail creates no contractual obligation for either party. The commercial relationship is established exclusively through a contract or a written, accepted offer, which prevails over any information on this site.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (a private individual) and the contract was concluded at a distance (for example, after an offer received by e-mail or phone) or off our premises (for example, at your home), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

The 14 days run: for goods, from the day you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; for services (installation, commissioning), from the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail to office@vistaverde.ro or by post to Str. George Barițiu nr. 5, Câmpina, jud. Prahova, Romania. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

We will refund all payments received, including the cost of the initial delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove you have sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you asked for installation to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to the services provided until you informed us of your withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, under article 16 of GEO 34/2014, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to services fully performed where performance began with your express consent and you acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. It also does not apply to contracts with companies (legal entities), including industrial projects.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, images, graphics, structure) belongs to VistaVerde or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent. Manufacturer trademarks mentioned (Solar N Plus, Solis, CATL, Sunnic, BR Solar, Marstek) belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but equipment specifications may be changed by manufacturers. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website information, without a written offer.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers may lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use alternative dispute resolution through the ANPC SAL platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
