2. Purpose of the website

This website presents VistaVerde's products and services: photovoltaic systems, energy storage, solar street lighting and EV charging stations. It is not an online shop — no orders are placed and no payments are processed through the site.

Displayed prices are indicative, expressed in euros, excluding VAT (unless stated otherwise), and may be updated without prior notice. The binding commercial offer is exclusively the one sent in writing following a project analysis.

3. Quotes and contracting

Requesting a project analysis via the contact form or by e-mail creates no contractual obligation for either party. The commercial relationship is established exclusively through a contract or a written, accepted offer, which prevails over any information on this site.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, images, graphics, structure) belongs to VistaVerde or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent. Manufacturer trademarks mentioned (Solar N Plus, Solis, CATL, Sunnic, BR Solar) belong to their respective owners.

5. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but equipment specifications may be changed by manufacturers. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website information, without a written offer.

6. Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers may lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC, anpc.ro) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
